The Golden Egg!

I am sure you can all remember those early morning Easter Egg hunts that we all so eagerly went to as kids.. I have to say that much has changed for me... I still love early morning Easter egg hunts and I have to say if they had a section for adults, I would be there with my BIG OL' Easter Basket. But of course as every parent must, we have to start living through our children in matters like these.... So we had a little Easter Egg hunt for just our little family and Isaac was the LUCKY ONE of the bunch to find the GOLDEN EGG.... And so of course as all Mother's do I took a quick snap shot of this very GREAT moment with Isaac and his new found treasure... The Golden Easter Egg!

Puppy Love!!

So, just the other day Isaac & Charlie had gone out back in the yard to play.... As I glanced out the window because it was SO QUIET I found two little boys who had neatly layed out my patio cushions for a bed for them and our dog Kiara. They were all tucked together in a blanket they had taken from the linen closest. It was so sweet to watch them with her and taking care of her and one another... Childhood moment-Priceless..

One Free Spirit!

Charlie loves riding his scooter. From the time he could walk he's been zipping around on it as fast as he could make it go... A little BOY who HAS a NEED for SPEED!

Mozart...

Isaac worked hard to learn his songs for his BIG recital day! He told us right before that it felt like he had Butterflies in his belly! He did great and was very BRAVE to go up in front of everyone. He was really so so nervous.... It was fun watching him preform and seeing the relief and delight on all the performers faces as they finished....

Coloring our World!

So, one of my favorite traditions that comes with Easter is of course "Coloring Easter Eggs"!! We boiled two dozen Eggs and went crazy coloring eggs! Here's a snap shot of a few of our eggs! It was a great way to spend the evening while Joe went to the General Conference Priesthood session... Any excuse to be a kid again and get a little messy...

"Viva Las Vegas"

Here are several snaps shots of our days out on the Las Vegas Strip! We went to the Paris Eiffel Tower, Venetian, Caesars Palace, M&M land...and the list goes on... To say the least we wore the soles off our shoes from walking....

School Concert..

Isaac had a great time with his class in his Winter Concert.... We really enjoyed watching him and his class. Charlie even sat through the entire concert... That's pretty amazing for a three year old....

Pinewood Derby!

Isaac was so excited to build his first pinewood derby car.... He built it completely by himself... Joe kept him company in the garage while he worked on it... WAY to GO Isaac!!!

Santa's On His Way...

Isaac & Charlie Christmas Eve full of lots of energy and very excited for Santa to come. KIDS are the MAGIC of CHRISTMAS! They loved the Christmas P.J.'s we gave them for Christmas Eve....

Winter Wonderland!

Joe just keeps getting better with age..... We had fun celebrating his 35th Birthday together. The boys and I had a good time making him a cake...

Trick-OR-Treat

We had such a great time on Halloween this year.... Isaac loved being the HULK and Charlie was one of his favorite character BUZZ! We had fun going To Old Town Twin Falls and Trick or Treating!

2nd Grade Soccer!

I can't wait until I'm Eight!

Isaac was Baptized on September 5th by his dad! It was a wonderful day with family and friends! Isaac received the Holy Ghost and was confirmed a member of the church! We are so proud of His decision to be baptized.

Our Families 1st Pack Meeting!

Now that Isaac is eight he gets to join our wards Wolf Den! He received his first Scout award "The Bobcat" at this meeting! Here he is with his dad playing a game!

Brotherly Love!

Here is Joe with his older brother Jeremy(black shirt) and younger brother Brady at a family reunion! It was really nice to get together and have a chance to catch up with everyone!

It's GREAT 2 Be EIGHT!

Here is Isaac's 8th Birthday cake.. Scooby-Doo! He decorated it himself and loved every minute of it! It was fun to watch him create his Birthday cake! We had a wonderful day together full of fun family activities...

GOLF TIME!!

Isaac was so thrilled to be able to go as a family to the driving range and hit balls... This is how we started out the day on his 8th Birthday! It was one of his Birthday wishes to go golf as a family! We had the place all to ourselves and we really enjoyed the day together!
